your guys potatoes are pretty brutal too. No wonder sweet potatoes are becoming a thing, they are the only ones left with any flavour to them.
get your hands on some P.E.I. potatoes from here some time. it's like night and day. I don't know what is going on on that island but their potatoes are righteous, even compared to others grown in canada.
