That is not "spinning". There really are 36.8% of the people in the U.S. of age to be in the workforce who are unemployed.
That's not a "spin". That's a fact.
The govt. stopped counting people that aren't looking for work anymore. They did that on purpose to actually "spin" the numbers.
If you want to close your eyes and pretend it's not true...go right ahead. But it IS true.
Use google for yourself and get educated on reality.
