our rape rate and other crime rates in countries around us are all at the same level...but our other crime rates for example murder/robbery/stabbing etc are all on the same levels as neighboring countries...those levels are WAAAAAAAAAAAY Lower than anything in the USA...

so either the entire region is not reporting crime, OR the USA is a bunch of rapy mother fucckers
well all i can say is look at who is doing the raping in the US. does your country have many of those kinds of people? quick answer...no. regardless i would imagine the less developed a country the less crime gets reported. here people will call the cops when someone throws a piece of garbage on their lawn.
