here is what I can see from his photo:
1) he is not a religious guy...muslims do not have tattoos...his tattoos are old, this means he did not do them just to blend in
2) he is disciplined...it takes time and dedication to get a muscular body like that, with our without steroids...disciplined people are hard workers...
3) he payed life on hard mode...he is used to hardship and hard work, not just in the gym, I base this on the fact that it is 10x easier to look like this in the USA where food is plentiful...
4) he is most probably not army...3rd world army is not the "hilton" that the US army is...he would not have time or food to do it in 3rd world army...
