he is not using 17beta-hydroxy-17alpha-methyl-2-oxa-5alpha-androstan-3-one because china powder makers will sell you stanazolol instead...its like 50x cheaper and has similar effects, without a lab you have no way of knowing if you took 10mg var or 10mg winny...
and in that part of the world, to obtain "anavar" as you call it, he would have only one source= china

because that part of the world is swamped with cheap china meds...
my experience with sourcing hormones from china is extensive, so based on this alone I would argue he is on test (paki sust is dirt cheap) and deca (based on what I know is readily available in the middle east) and on a methandienone and not methandrostenolone (has added methyltestosterone) dbol because china producers like methandienone...
in your defense, dianabol , not dianobol as you said, is very similar and americans like to call it dbol so they do not know the real name well...the US market however is swamped with methandrostenolone! I would not suggest using this, the methyltestosterone in methandrostenolone is counter productive when stacked with any form of Injectable test, you will get competition for receptors with a sub-optimal hormone that is methyltestosterone (in US dianabol)
