Hard to get pulled over in Chicago compared to Chicago suburbs to begin with unless you look shady and now that the paper trail has to follow every pullover will be even less pullovers/random bad guy arrests/gun confiscations.

Wow! 79% fewer traffic stops since new paperwork requirements. I knew sooner or later the cops would say "fuck it" lol. What's next slow or no response to certain parts of town or types of calls?
