No DRM - the files are basically just ordinary mp4 videos.
but like I said on Skype yesterday: you need a really high bitrate (20 mbit/s and up) for a satisfying experience - which pretty much rules out tubes already (because I think that bandwidth and storage costs will not make it profitable).
and whoever saw a low quality sample, definitely will be looking for full quality
