If you could steal and get away selling 20% bot traffic, you're going to push it and steal more. Greed is the power behind theft and it's rampant online.
You think some Russian traffic broker based in Slovakia are going to stop at 20%? lol
No regulation.
If a company gets busted, a new one starts up to replace it.
These brokers are just a couple guys in a basement with a website. Sure some might have an office for "presence" but all it is, is a website and you're buying a screen that shows you how many new numbers you got today. It's a crock of shit.

Are you real or just trolling? Seriously? All proper ad networks have software that tracks their traffic and flags publishers who try to send bot traffic. Every month we give refunds to our advertisers if they bought traffic on sites that we deemed suspicious or of poor quality. Networks will simply not pay the publishers and then ship the money back to advertisers.
What we do get is a lot of guys who have no clue how to buy traffic, put in 10$ run a shitty offer with 1 banner and then wonder why they didn't convert after spending 10$.
Traffic buying like anything is simple to do but not everyone is good at it.
