I been director of some cam sites in past 10 years and I can see that 90% of the private shows, especially those long 1+ hours, always in old and modern times, feature single girl with fixed cam, either full body shot, or face shot for blah blah, or pussy/bum close up for rest - the change between these 2 or 3 standard poses is can be made with pan/tilt head commanded by remote, or, by the girl touching small cam with hands. Moving the head in 3d env there would simply let you look walls instead of the girl in such setup, unless it is a very close up scene, where a small rotation still shows the body, but would make it simply not centered.
There is 10 % of cam shows (especially public shows for tips or group shows) where the girl picks the cam in hand and does some close POV but it is more like close up POV from a small drone flight in orbit around her body, than from eyes of an human in room with her. Anyway is the model that moves the cam and selects the scene, can't see how you can do the cam point of view change depending on users head pan/tilt with 3d cam, unless applied to a small drone actually flying around, same if a guy wanted to walk around the girl, it is easier to tell her "turn", "show back" and so on, than actually walk yourself.
I think for VR that's better to have something like a video game scenario with lots of items in actual 3d rendering, with the girl inserted into, I mean a standard cam show (as described above) with just 3d cams instead of 2d cams is probably adding not as much as one would hope. But then adding vr scene from a blue or green screen, you're admiring the backgrounds, a distraction from the girl which after all is what you pay for mostly. Let people watch a porn scene and after it, ask them what it was in the background, you will find not many who can remember.

I know I am not a cam specialist but I still would like to disagree.
whenever i look at cam sites, i see very often that girls are very close to the camera and you only see parts of her body.
with a 180° VR webcam, the user could focus and move to what pleases him. he likes her feet? look down. he likes her face? look up. her tits? look straight. you get the idea.
