I just watched that video.
What I took away from it was.
1. The room you are in needs cleaning, rubbish overflowing from bin etc.
2. Your speech seems to be affected by something (probably current or past drug / alcohol use.)
I couldn't really understand what it was you were trying to sell or how it could benefit the viewer.
I hope you can get your shit together and clean your act up. (I mean that, seriously, I'm not having a go at you)
