Apple was started in 1976, and is still going strong 40 years later.
The Mac was released in 1994 and still going strong 30 years later.
The iPhone was released in 2007 and still going strong 9 years later.
A Pop culture fad? Really? Of course things can change any time but dismissing Apple as a fad is lazy and makes no sense.

Seriously? The new iPhones you can buy now have 3D Touch, Live (moving) photos, Retina HD Displays, Taptic Engines (The screen taps you back). The new 64 Bit processor is almost twice as fast as previous models, as are the new GPU's, Touch ID, etc.
iPhone 6s - Technology - Apple (CA) The new iPhones coming out soon as supposed to have long-range wireless charging technology - no more cable to connect to charge it. Cool isn't it?

Well gee that's a deal breaker right there. I will admit though that curved glass looks cool.

Wow definitely not true. My Phone connects me to my business no matter where I am for web, email and apps. It is my fitness tracker, and my social gateway. It lets me control my home environment (furnace, air conditioning), the charging status of my car, watch movies and listen to music. It also seamlessly connects to all of my other devices to share files and media. And oh right, the battery lasts forever too. How can you say they don't provide good value?

Who is the conformist here? I've tested all kinds of products and have both PC's and Mac's, and I'm saying that Apple gives the best value, so until something better comes along I will probably buy more Apple products.

Apple usually doesn't announce new products or major updates until they are fairly close to being released, but I'm sure you knew that already.
In the past 2 years Apple released the Apple Watch, a brand new iMac, a brand new Mac, Apple TV, a brand new music streaming service for iTunes, and 2 brand new iPhones.
As for the new iPhone, all you need to do is ask the Googletron 5000

Joshua, sorry dude but you are way off. Since 2007 when I bought my first Mac, there has been 6 major updates to their operating system. The total amount I have paid for those updates has been $20.00. Not $20 each, $20 total.
Windows on the other hand saw Windows Vista (About $250), Windows 7 (about $250), Windows 8 (about $250?). Only Windows 10 was free.
All updates to the iPhone iOS has been free.
I have not paid once for any technical support even though my warranties have expired.
