I can't understand why a political party that claims to represent the working and lower middle classes, is in favour of high mass migration. The UK Conservatives tried to introduce a law that all migrants have to be in the UK for four years before they can get benefits. The EU blocked it and watered it down for EU migrants. There will be a referendum and the biggest points are control of our borders and laws. Non-EU migrants will be forced to leave if after a set period they don't earn over $50k a year, and not get benefits for four years.
Mass migration has three major effects, forces down wages at the bottom and middle, forces up benefits and social costs and drives up house prices. So can understand why the parties representing the rich are in favour.
I don't accept the thinking of increasing voters, more will move to vote for the right or not vote at all. In Europe Far Right are getting more and more votes and winning seats.
