I don't think she's done any more than I think Jeb Bush is done. The system is slanted and those are the appointed two in my opinion. It's going to take a landslide support for Sanders to be the nomination pick. I like him, but I understand reality.
I also think that Jeb Bush is just sitting back in the wait and he's the RNC's real pick. Right now they are just putting the crazies in the front so they can be weeded out with-out much damage being done to their main pick prior to the nommination.
Trump is unexpected problem for them, but he will eventually get weeded out because the establishment republicans will far out-weigh the narrow base of Trump's support.
