Do people really think that a VERY old, well established program that has never missed a payout, has a great reputation and made its owner tens of millions of dollars woke up one day and said...."I know, lets increase our annual revenue by 0.05% by upping the min payout. All those suckers who do a couple sales and never reach the $200 are fucked!!!"
