It wouldn't work.
First, you would have a tough time getting a lawyer to take these cases. Although I suppose if you paid one enough, he/she would.
Second, to file small claims cases, you would have to come to Orange County California. You would have to file them in Acacia's jurisdiction. However, the cases would not get very far.
Acacia actually owns the patents they claim they own. The way to fight this is to prove in court that the patents are not valid, and that is exactly what we are attempting to do now.
