It appears they have now sent the marketing/Licensing package to my US office. Well I was in this fight before this and am still in it.

Why? we are disorganised and unable to respond to this threat properly. Always remember this is a LEGAL US PATENT until it is changed in court.
You think they will go after Microsoft? Why should they when this industry will make them millions of dollars with little or no risks.
