I think the same, that either the program ate it or nifty pulled it wrong. It doesn't really matter. Back than when I was making lots of sales with them each and every day I remember asking them how this worth it for them. I was told that if there's a second rebill it's already OK with them. By that time there was no whitelabel cam in the member area and using just one easy-to-uncheck cross sale selling their other own sites of the 'site family' totally makes sense. I know for sure that they were never card bangers, like many programs by that time. They were always focusing on staying in the industry for long time and never went for the quick n easy money. During all these years I got in touch with many other dogfart affiliates, and never ever heard a single complaint on them. The worst thing that 'happened' is that the conversions of certain sites/tours were not the best at some points, but they always noticed that of course and they were always developing and pimping the tours, until this very day.
The rising of the minimum payout does not necessarily mean any issues. One thing I know for sure is that they are absolutely not 'struggling' or considering 'closing shop' . They have the fucccckkking money and always had and always will. I tell you what: if something finally really destroys the paysite business models, they will be one of the very last programs to close shop, along with bangbros and realitykings. And I am, 100% sure that even if dogfart or these other mentioned programs need to close shop, there is NO CHANCE AT ALL that they are not paying out every last cent they owe to their affiliates.

Because Dogfart.com is not a lame boy but a professional businessman who was and is involved in other ventures besides this and even if this income is getting depleted totally he won't be broke at all.
That's my point of view though.. And I believe that Usually increasing the payout limits is not a good sign. I remember when NicheCastle increased the payout limit of epass. The reaction - in general - is understandable.
But here's one more thing: the high limit is for paxum. An optional payment method. Yes, checks are $200 too which is high imo too, but not tragic. Also, as stated earlier: if you're a long time, trustworthy but small affiliate and this harms you: I am 100% sure they are willing to send you out a check for less than $200 or paxum you for less than $300.
