Even Malcolm X who was regarded one of the most militant voices / leaders in the BP changed to a message of peace before he was killed. Were you aware of that or is that news to you too?

Beyonce trying to co-op the style of the Black Panthers to try and be controversial is lame. My opinion has nothing to do with so called "white guilt" which is so off the mark as to be ridiculous. I agree with the blondie commentator but just not for the same reasons because she is obviously as clueless as you are about the facts of the BPP. It is ironic that Beyonce would invoke the BPP. They were communists. She is definitely not communist. Nor am I a communist sympathizer for stating this fact although you are bound to accuse me of that too.

Have you ever known anyone in the BPP? Have you ever read or studied anything to do with them or any of the other groups targeted by COINTELPRO? Do you even realize that the picture I posted was not of Black Panthers but of Olympic Athletes that staged their own form of protest decades ago? Do you know what they were protesting?
