Will they ban Twitter and other social media sites to make sure kids don't see porn?
That aside, the porn industry is 100% behind this move to block freeloaders from viewing their content. Under 18s traffic is as much use as Chines or Indian traffic. The problem is implementing effective filters to stop kids. Credit card as a verification is a nonstarter, for many reasons, any online box can be ticked by anyone, so the only method is what Germany has and that's a joke.
I suspect this will be kicked into the long grass or some legislation will waste Parliament's time and do nothing.
