if solar is such a great replacement for fossil, why does it require tax credits & paybacks to solar customers when there is so much sunshine in nevada? maybe because building panels is too costly.
using public policy to distort economics in favor of a tech thats still not economically viable, thats the problem. Solar will be viable when it becomes dirt cheap to build panels, or when oil becomes more expensive than solar to deliver to the end-user.
forcing anyone to subsidize an expensive product, for left wing politics, this never works, & obviously is not working in nevada.
