The ones I've done I usually gather a handful of others and then highlight what I like and scratch what doesn't apply. Then I combo all the good points and rewrite it to my specific needs along with adding anything that wasn't covered. Every site is different so you can get general ideas from others but the only way to cover your ass is to write your own specific terms that applies to your exact needs.
