Its very clear that white man threw himself into the way of where they were peacefully walking and then clearly jumped at their feet as they passed.
They are clearly the victims in all this.
Especially when you take into account how many cops have shot black me in the past over similar misunderstood circumstances. They needed to flee the area before the cops could start shooting and he was trying to block their path.
