This is Steve Jones business model.

He deflects this by partying and showing people a good time. But when it comes down to it, the truth is that if a girl looks under 18, you are taking a major risk. Steve was under fire from the Michigan AG. Of course the site is not child porn, but it does fool some people.
Our lawyer directed us a few years back to remove any images of girls that have pig tails, and are dressed up to look under 18. It is simply not worth the risk.
When I bought Pure Candy Images, there were a few sets of girls who looked 13-14, of course they were 18+. I simply trashed those sets.
