The only thing I see as ODD in the photo is that...
those folks that are in the audience with their GearVR on are watching a LIVE 360 STREAMING VIDEO of the event they are at !
Mobile World Conference in Spain.
Can't wait till someone re-makes the movie Video-Drome for VR/360. They did try to ban it more than once.
