a girl claiming any sort of rape in a sebian police station will trigger a serious investigation with instant arrests left and right, cops are much more human down here and will have waaay more time to investigate being that there is so little rape here in the first place...20-40x less per capita than in the USA not taking in to account gay rape...if we take in to account gay rape then its 60-120x |
