You are talking about an exact science with a huge learning curve and where each broker is its own beast to tame, as if its a simple as making a banner. Its not. It's incredibly difficult to convert came traffic by buying traffic through brokers. It will take you a long time to figure out.
And incidentally, what do you think you're going to get for answers? People who really have their shit together, with deep pockets and who are battling it out intensely for traffic every single day are going to come here and give you pointers on how to effectively buy their traffic? Of course not. Assholes are going to spam their services, tell you what you want to hear and people who don't know are going to tell you how its done.
