Still looks like the same piece of shit to me. If you're so adament about working for "this cause"...why not hire some people who know something about web design and development? Your site looks like it came from a Geocities page 6 years ago.
Also...you mention discussion about a million times. Not one place on your site do a see any place to have a discussion.
