That's not actually correct. For $700 a month you will have as many MRI's as your doctor say (perhaps one or zero). You can't just go to any private clinic and say: "I want MRI of left hand, right hand, both legs, brain and spine. Go do it because I want it. Hey, I pay $700 a month, so do what I say!" Can you do this? No, you can't, while a regular Serb can afford that just easily, because he pays the money for every procedure he wants.
