Ouch, Good luck with getting Ecatel (or Quasi) to remove anything
they are a notorious host for cyber crime and ignoring copyrights. Since Ecatel is in NL, DMCA laws do not apply so it might help if followed the Dutch Notice and Takedown procedure.
Anyways, hope you're able to get the content removed.
