Let's see... You are correct. Donald Crump does in fact have a tax plan. Sounds great. He is going to reduce taxes all across the board, but mostly for the rich. Surprise! It could decrease our national public debt by $9 trillion, but only if it's offset by large spending cuts. It's gonna be pretty hard to make America great again and make our military strong again AND build a fence to keep those rapists out... And in the end, it might increase our national debt by (gasp!) 80% by 2036.

I couldn't see where he planned to cut spending in that document. Elsewhere I found
Department of Education and Environmental Protection Agency. So higher local taxes and more pollution.
Mr Trump says he will save $300 billion from Medicare. Expect more people to die. Read it and see how good his maths are.
What we do know is he's going to pay for building a wall, there's no way Mexico will pay for it. Going to drop more bombs on ISIS and put boots on the ground. While making the military so great, no one will dare confront them. Tell that to a suicide bomber.
The problem with cuts is. People lose jobs, stop paying taxes, buying stuff so more job losses and sometimes it transfers the cost to the private sector. Or makes life worse. Imagine cutting farming subsidies, $150 billion. That would push up the price of food. Cut education, more people have to pay for their kids education, cut environmental control, more get sick from bad water, etc.
Cutting the military rather than increasing it would save money. It would put a lot of soldiers and arms manufacturers out of business. Still a saving $1.41 million on a cruise missile or $4.3 million on a tank, plus the cost of keeping, replacing or using them is good business, so long as you're not making them. Right up until they're required.
He plans to increase the military.
His only sound policy is to reduce imports, seems that might fall foul of the WTO rules. So breaking them may be a very good plus. Hope the EU follows him.
