Might depend on what the rest of her looks like and how fine her personality is, in which case I'd more than likely buy her an open pass to a foot spa, and get her an appointment with a podiatrist if she's got the 'hobbit feet' thing happening, or bad bunions etc.
I guess it all depends just how ugly we talking?
