I voted for Reagan and would do so again, but he was wrong about the KKK. As long as a group is *law-abiding* and *does not promote civil unrest* they have the same rights as the NAACP, NRA or any other group of like-minded folks. Freedom of association is guaranteed in the Bill of Rights AND that is what makes the USA special...mob-rule mentality and majority views have no place in America.
That being said, I could never vote for trump. He strikes me as a used car salesmen with a nice suit. He is a bad comb-over, wise cracking smarmy huckster that will say or do anything to get you behind the wheel of whatever lemon he is selling. But I can not find fault with his handling of this situation. Maybe he could have said he doesnt agree with some of the views of the KKK, but he respects their right to endorse whomever they wish. The question was just another shot to try to take him down. John Gotti aint got shit on Trump, he truly is the "Teflon Don"
