My Grandfather changed the family name when he arrived as an immigrant from Russia at Ellis Island in 1910 -- this was very common ... I would not try to brand my last name -- it was legally 'assumed' -- It would be meaningless to me -- I guess I am not an egomaniac

None of this may be moot because the Trump may crash and burn on this Trump University fraud trial. This remains to be seen. He is a Defendant in the lawsuit and can always refuse to testify or invoke the 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination. Political suicide.
