I have zero complaints about the performance of my current host and have zero downtime etc... but... i have this feeling it can be done cheaper
Why don't i need managed hosting? learning a few Linux commands is one thing... but aren't there errors to be fixed? etc??? Just asking i have no idea if and what errors can occur on a server and at what frequency...
Thanks everyone for the replies...

Do you ever require your hosting provider to fix issues, update patches, install software, etc? If so you need management on your server if you are unable to complete these tasks. That being said $400 euro a month for a basic managed dedicated server definitely at the higher end of the spectrum especially with the requirements you provided above. Id be more than happy to quote you on some services. Shoot me an email and I'll see what type of pricing we can offer you -
