There's an extensive vineyard just east of the 405, right across from the Getty... you can see the vineyard when you're on the Getty tram. I guess the neighborhood would be Bel-Air... it's called Moraga Vineyards:
Moraga Estate I'm guessing the vineyard was grandfathered in when any restrictions were imposed.
