Acutally for those of you that don't know the law. All that is needed for you to be charged with child pornography is that the appearance of the model is that of someone underage. That judgement is in the hands of the DA. However it doesn't mean you will be convicted, obviously you are likely to have the documents to back up that the model is of legal age. But if you are all realistic, we know that being charged will carry drastic consequences regardless of whether you are convicted or not.
Your hosts and whoever else are likely to shut you down just for their own protection. You will also have every other aspect of your biz scrutinized.
I'm stunned at how many people on here are such dumbasses to argue the point of the black and white of the law, but never fail to understand that going to court is rarely all black and white and many times just being charged is enough to fuck you.
