Shooting range and training ground. I was training pistol shooting since 9 year old . After that had a assault riffle training in army. Also you maybe forgot that I live in Moscow - a city where everything is available

There are many places here where you can do shooting exercises. E.g.
mgssk.ru,
tirmsk.ru,
apsrus.ru and many others (some work 24/7, so you can go there at a nighttime). For example, this one is considered as one of the largest indoor shooting ranges in Europe:
theobject.ru (12,000 square meters). A gun permission is not required. If you have it (takes about two weeks in Russia), you can buy your own Glock 17 or a semi-automatic riffle:
shop.theobject.ru.
BTW, I have a private residence as well (a land and a house in some village near
Volga river). However I wouldn't shoot there since my neighbors will not appreciate such exercises... Some forest is a best place for that.
