The amusing thing about excuses like that "no one wants to hire me because I'm black" is that first, she ignores the fact that you hired her and two, people will bend over backwards for value and pay more for it. She earned that day what she is worth, just like anyone else in the workforce. Just as there is no such thing as pay inequality for women. Women work less. Women spend less time on education, women are generally less focused on excelling at work and more focused on being mothers (which is great) and less time working until 1 am at the office, or on the road wtc.
What I don't like about people like black monkey is that everything, every wrong, every failure etc assumes "it's not my fault". You can't improve anything which you don't accept responsibility for. His way of thinking is insanely toxic, hence the black on black genocide going on in every major inner city.
