Sociopaths rarely get help in large part, because they think they are awesome and have extremely inflated views of themselves, their abilities and status etc.
Imagine telling Jordon Befort from The Wolf of Wall Street that he needs to get therapy, so he can care about people, understand their needs and stop being so narcissistic and predatory .... and then explain that the end result will be a 65k a year salary, a mini van and a 150k house in the middle of nowhere.... i'd love to pick the brain of the person that could sell that one.
