Risk assessment is a fact in any business. However, the other part of the argument is that you have a constitutional right to free speech and the reason that people on this board are legally allowed to promote porn at all is because people before them pushed boundaries and fought for those rights over the last few decades.

If certain early pioneers would have had the attitude of "we better not do anything that might offend anyone, even if it is legal," then you and I would be having this conversation at McDonald's. The question is, which side of the counter would each of us be on?
