She will never collect anything from the portion that was awarded from the stalker. Out of Marriot's portion, her attorneys will take at least 40% because it went to trial.
She is looking at maybe $15m. It took 8 years to get it, and Marriot will most likely appeal if the order is appealable, and tie it up in appellate court for a few more years.
