in my sites I have always made one banner space with 300x250px size.
eg.

At the moment I put the banner of my online store but not much gain.
I did some tests with juicyad and adxpassion, but with 34,000 visits a day, earning a few cents ...
The main problem of the banners are the pop-under ads. When you click on the banner, before you open the pop-unders.
The pop-under at the moment I can not remove them because they are my main source of income.
I would not completely remove the banner space, but what can I put that to make me earn something?
