Move on and find a new doctor. If you let it get to you then he won. If someone ever pisses you off and you react in a negative way, they won. Don't give him the satisfaction, be the bigger man.

- Post an ad on Craigslist for free physicals/checkups for anyone who can prove they don't have health insurance. Put his name and office phone number in the ad.
- Write a bad review online (be honest about how he's fucking you over).
