seems like you would have to be pretty damn incompetent to fuck up like this... you take a drug that is known to enhance performance, that has been placed on a "watch list" in early 2015.... in sept 2015 it was announced that it will be banned in jan 2016...
so everyone had almost a 1 year warning, and yet bunch of world class athletes (mostly from Russia and other ex-USSR countries) end up getting caught and will have their careers ruined over it...
