Wesley Chapel is the county north of me, and is notorious for prescription pain medication abuse. Pasco County is probably one of the worst counties in all of Florida. You can stop at any gas station in Pasco and within a couple seconds, you will be flooded with dealers trying to sell you pain pills. It's crazy!
She was probably so hopped up on Oxys or Blues, she didn't feel a thing.
