Here's a couple of tips:

(1) If she said you look like some movie star or someone else, its about 80% sure she likes you. It's the normal way an Asian girl (particularly orientals) would talk to a guy she likes.

(2) If she is Chinese or Japanese, don't ask her out on a date directly. A really good strategy is to say "Can I make friends with you?", make small talk and ask for her number. I know it sounds like something a kid would say to another kid but believe me, as simple as it is, it 100% works....
