Poor people eat a lot of eggs -- egg yokes are cheap protein.
If you can do that and keep your LDL cholesterol at normal levels good for you.
Eat a breakfast of 2 whole eggs, and 3 strips of bacon a day, with real butter on your toast, and see what happens -- good fuckin luck
