The only place a protester has no right to speak in disruptive protest is in a private venue; like inside of a political rally or religious assembly -- eject them with the least force necessary and if you want to charge and have them arrested misdemeanor trespass and disturbing the peace I'm OK with that. Actually, that makes a point -- to both sides.

However, if people want to protest in the streets without violence -- they should have every right to do so, with a police or municipal permit granted.

1st Amendment free speech and assembly.
If Trump wants to lead his people out in the open, marching in the streets -- let him
