true, it may seem much , but i sat the price almost 4000 above the yearly income just because of the position of the site in google and the advertising opportuinites, guessing someone with more time might be able to monitize the site.
but ofcourse if no one bids or anything i might just keep it, 500 each month is alright for one income stream that manages itself i guess
