Although it is not necessary limiting yourself (as in "I will only hit on blondes"), but just what you find most attractive (NOT meaning that super hot brunettes would be bellow average blondes etc).
But yeah, as far as hair color goes I never understood the favorite color. I can see loads of pretty blondes I like, I can see loads of pretty brunettes I like, I can see loads of pretty redheads I like. It would be impossible to tell me my favorite hair color. Maybe if pressed I would pick one, but it would be like 51/49% decision.
As far ethnicity goes - also can not pick one. Well some may be preferred, but by no means to limiting numbers. I would say whites and latinas goes first, then asian, black, brown (Indian Asian etc). So it goes to something like (numbers just for illustration):
out of random 100 whites I like 10 chicks
out of random 100 latinas I like 10 chicks
out of random asians I like 5 chicks
out of random blacks/Indian Asian I like 3 chicks.
So you could say "your taste is in whites and latinas", but would it be accurate? Any one from 5 asian can be hotter than any from 10 latinas etc.
So the "density" of women that I like may be different among ethnicities, but that does not mean that most beautiful can not come from the lowest density group.
So bottom line - I can not see myself prioritizing based on hair color at all and very little based on ethnicity.
